About the role
We are looking for a Surface Channel Account Manager (CAM) for our client, a a global technology company. This role in the SE&O organization is at the forefront of bringing Surface to the (breath) Channel. The CAM is a sales role responsible for growing a large number of currently unmanaged Surface resellers and is accountable for the lead generation and deal shaping with these partners. The CAM is tasked with spearheading new business and developing and managing a comprehensive Netherlands partner map in close cooperation with the Sr. Partner Development Manager for our Managed partners and the Sr. Partner Development Manager for our distributors, outlining target partners to recruit for the new bronze reseller program.
The role requires hardware sales and channel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Activating new channel capabilities with the bronze reseller program
- Nurture a channel ecosystem by driving opportunities and integrating resellers experience into sales cycles.
- Proficient in collaborating closely with sales and marketing to synchronize efforts and drive sales cycles.
- Serve as a mediator between Partner Account Managers, Surface Solutions Specialists, Partner Development Managers, and Go-to-Market Managers
- Strategic thinker with a proven record of developing and implementing successful business plans and campaigns.
- Exceed revenue quota goal is by delivering Surface revenue growth ensure partner readiness by developing a plan to build partner marketing, sales, integration and support capabilities
- Utilize field insight, data and case studies to support resellers for Surface
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have at least 5+ years’ technology sales, technology business development or deep experience working in the Tech Sector in NL.
- Direct experience interfacing with partners and a proven track record delivering growth and performance metrics.
- Have expertise with hardware solutions and partners; leadership, sales, negotiation, organizational, creative, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to work in a competitive environment where growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude with a focus on execution

- Dutch language is a must
