Quality Marks and Certifications
Labour Standards Foundation
SNA quality mark
The SNA quality mark is the quality mark for the temporary employment sector and contractors of work and was developed to limit the risks of hirers of labour and clients of work. Secondment agencies and payroll companies also fall within the scope of the quality mark because they also make labour available. Based on current legislation, these parties run the risk of being held liable for obligations arising from labour that have not been met by the lender or (sub)contractor. DC People has an SNA quality mark and is periodically checked for its obligations arising from labour, which limits the risk for the hirer and outsourcer of work.

Certification
NEN 4400-1 Certifications
NEN 4400-1 certification is an important point of attention when you hire personnel. In most cases, a collective labor agreement requires that a temporary employment agency is NEN 4400-1 certified. It is important for clients to avoid the risks of liability and fines by working with certified companies.
The SNA quality mark for the temporary employment sector is based on NEN 4400. The Stichting Normering Arbeid (Dutch Labor Standards Foundation) maintains the register of companies that have the quality mark. Companies with the SNA quality mark are rigorously tested. This way, a client can be sure that he is dealing with a reliable party. DC People has itself checked several times a year to ensure that all obligations are met.
