The DC People team consists of specialized professionals with in-depth knowledge and years of experience in the datacenter industry. We offer extensive support in the field of personnel services, with both employers and candidates receiving personal guidance throughout the entire process. Our focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. TALENT ACQUISITION
Anna Boiarynova
Anna has 17 years of experience in recruitment and HR. She has been working at DC People since 2023. Before that, she worked for ten years at an IT outsourcing company, where she was responsible for the entire recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring candidates. With her Master's degree in Psychology, Anna brings not only her expertise in assessing candidates' soft skills, but also a deep understanding of her clients' needs.

Lieno Rossen
Lieno is an experienced operational manager with a proven track record in the recruitment industry, with a focus on technically skilled professionals. He gets his energy from working with people and excels in building long-term relationships with both clients and employees, leading to sustainable partnerships.
Specialized in customized staffing solutions, Lieno combines his charismatic leadership with strong problem-solving skills. Thanks to his strategic approach and dedication, he has successfully contributed to growth and stability within his field of work in recent years.

Raymond Steenvoorden
Raymond is a Sales Manager with 25 years of experience in the data center industry. In his current role at DC People, he connects companies with the right professionals, from hands-on technicians to C-level management, to strengthen teams and realize business goals. His focus is on recruiting talent for both long-term and project-based deployment. With his background in designing, building, and managing data centers, Raymond understands the complex needs of his clients and translates these into staffing solutions.
Back Office
Belma Topalovic
As back office manager, Belma is responsible for the overview and execution of various administrative processes. This includes ensuring that the financial and payroll administration are correctly and completely aligned, in line with the agreed arrangements and procedures. This means that we are always well prepared for the inspections for our certifications. In addition, Belma acts as a point of contact for HR questions and ensures compliance with labor legislation, collective labor agreement changes and other relevant standards.
Finance
Raymond Groenhart
Raymond is the financial controller. With his extensive experience in various sectors, he is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting the financial results at DC People. In addition, he ensures that the growth and stability of DC People is strategically supported. Raymond's eye for detail helps him to optimize financial processes and control costs, thereby contributing to the success and further development of DC People.

Sander Nieuwmeijer
With over 25 years of experience in designing, building and managing datacenters, Sander has been a director of DC People since 2015 and a key factor in the company's success. His in-depth market knowledge and broad experience enable him to fully understand the challenges of the data center industry. Together with his team, he works on solutions that align with the strategic goals of the clients. His vision enables DC People to continue to respond well to the ever-changing demands within the datacenter industry.
