Function
As the Director of Analytics at EdgeConneX, you will lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, driving strategic insights and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Main responsibilities include: • Overseeing data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insights • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives • Leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and tools • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytics processes • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess: • A master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field • At least 10 years of experience in analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, and SQL • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team of data professionals.
