The company employs experts at the forefront of AI cloud infrastructure, collaborating with some of the most accomplished leaders and engineers in the industry.

Headquartered in Amsterdam and publicly listed, the company maintains a global presence with research and development centers across Europe, North America, and Israel. With a workforce of over 800 professionals, including more than 400 engineers, the organization brings deep technical knowledge in both hardware and software systems, supported by a dedicated AI research division.

As global data center operations continue to expand, so do opportunities for career growth. Work in the data center directly impacts performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, while offering involvement in new data center projects. Collaboration with AI infrastructure experts provides valuable insight, and the environment promotes innovation and high standards in design and deployment.

We are looking for a Hardware Infrastructure Manager to join the team. The Hardware Delivery Team is responsible for the complete hardware lifecycle, from gathering infrastructure requirements, from internal teams and managing procurement with original design manufacturers (ODMs), to overseeing manufacturing, logistics and data center deployment. Work location is in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Managing server deployment and handover to internal service teams.

  • Identifying alternative solutions to mitigate delays and risks.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve tools and automation in the delivery pipeline.

  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Conducting reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve the process.

Job requirements

  • Experience in data center environments with a deep understanding of modern server architectures, especially GPU-based systems.

  • Familiarity with server components and the ability to configure hardware for varied workloads.

  • Strong adaptability to evolving server technologies.

  • Solid project management experience, including timeline management with Gantt charts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python for automation and analysis.

  • Experience with Linux and Bash scripting.

  • Mandarin language skills.

Offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Career growth opportunities.

  • Hybrid working arrangements.
