This role is focused on maintaining and improving IT infrastructure at a state-of-the-art data center in Paris, France. The Senior IT Technician will be responsible for managing hardware operations, working with external contractors, troubleshooting issues, and handling various essential IT tasks on-site.
Responsibilities

Schedule and execute routine IT operations in the data center

Troubleshoot hardware issues and support IT infrastructure

Install, upgrade, or dismantle server hardware based on operational needs

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors

Analyze and resolve system faults and anomalies

Maintain documentation and reports on data center IT activities

Develop and update operational procedures for equipment maintenance
Job requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in data centers with server and network systems

Hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to plan and manage technical tasks

Solid understanding of data center functions, including server and network architecture

Familiarity with Linux and command-line operations

Basic experience in project planning

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charting)

Proactive, reliable, and goal-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license (Category B)
