Function
The Detail Design Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of detailed design for hyperscale data center projects. You will ensure that all engineering, architectural, and MEP systems are accurately designed, coordinated, and documented to support construction and commissioning. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and regulatory frameworks while guiding multidisciplinary design teams.
Job Requirements
– Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
– Advanced certifications in data center design, BIM, or sustainable design are a plus
– Strong knowledge of hyperscale data center systems, MEP coordination, IT infrastructure, and building systems
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and project management software
– Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and commissioning requirements
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– 5+ years managing detailed design delivery for large-scale or mission-critical projects
– Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering construction-ready design packages
– Prior exposure to hyperscale data centers is highly desirable
