Function

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across designated business areas to support CTS Group's growth. The role involves sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across technical, project delivery, and corporate functions, with a focus on data centre construction, engineering, and commissioning disciplines. The specialist partners with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to build talent pipelines, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and ensure efficient recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, conducting candidate assessments, providing market intelligence, supporting employer branding, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

– Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.
– Proven experience recruiting within data centre, construction, EPCM, engineering, or heavy industrial sectors.
– Strong understanding of technical and project delivery roles and terminology.
– Expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, talent intelligence tools, and direct search techniques.
– Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Proficiency in recruitment systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

What We Offer
