Key Responsibilities
Lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across datacenter construction sites
Ensure full compliance with local legislation, project requirements, and international HSE standards
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Drive corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and improve site safety performance
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing HSE training programs
Promote a strong zero-incident and behavioural safety culture across all stakeholders
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, KPIs, and documentation for management and clients
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and client representatives
Job Requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as an HSE Manager within datacenter, mission-critical, construction, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of international HSE standards and construction safety regulations
Experience managing HSE activities on fast-track or high-value construction projects
Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Excellent knowledge of risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, incident management, and safety compliance processes
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence teams and drive a positive safety culture on site
Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are an advantage
Willingness to work onsite and support international project locations
