Function
Provide functional QA leadership for the mechanical scope across multiple data centre projects. • Set and maintain QA governance: audit programme, standards, templates, acceptance criteria and evidence rules. • Verify site teams are executing QA/QC correctly; intervene early where drift or repeat issues appear. • Ensure audit findings and NCRs are converted into actions, owners, dates, and verified closeout. • Oversee pipework fabrication/installation, pressure testing, flushing/chemical cleaning, strainers/filters, and cleanliness control. • Ensure TAB readiness, air/water balancing evidence, plant installation checks (chillers, CRAHs/AHUs, pumps, valves). • Manage insulation/vapour barrier, labelling/identification, access/maintainability compliance. • Align Controls/BMS interfaces and readiness evidence to commissioning gates.
Job Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline. • ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. • Proven experience in a Lead QA/QC role within construction, ideally in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects. • Experience working across multiple sites and international projects is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and construction QA/QC processes. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the Scandinavian region.
