Function
The Office Manager will autonomously manage day-to-day office operations and play an active role in talent sourcing, qualification, and coordination. Responsibilities include managing service providers, suppliers, facilities, and equipment; handling administrative tasks such as insurance policies, contracts, and invoicing; organizing meetings, business travel, and visits; supporting senior management with agenda management and action tracking; coordinating with internal and external support functions; proactively identifying and screening candidates in collaboration with the HR recruitment team; managing onboarding and offboarding processes; monitoring HR data; implementing pragmatic HR practices; and contributing to continuous improvement and operational maturity of the UK subsidiary.
Job Requirements
– Proven experience in office management within startup, SME, or entrepreneurial environments
– High level of ownership and ability to collaborate with other office managers and administrators
– Proven experience in talent sourcing
– Experience in HR administration
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (internal, external, candidates)
– Fluent French and professional-level English
– Strong attention to detail and high execution standards
– Discretion
