Function
You will play a key role in ensuring projects run on time and within scope, influencing project performance, coordination, and successful delivery across complex construction projects. • Assisting in developing and updating project schedules • Tracking progress against plans and reporting deviations • Supporting coordination between project teams • Updating planning tools and maintaining logs • Helping identify risks to timelines and reporting them • Preparing regular progress updates for project leads
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 1–5 years of experience supporting project planning in construction or engineering • Basic understanding of project scheduling and construction workflows • Familiarity with planning tools and MS Office Suite • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines • Fluency in English, written and spoken • Detail-oriented and organized • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to follow up on progress and support project leads • Problem-solving mindset
