They focus on delivering specialized solutions, including infrastructure development, engineering, and operational support, tailored to meet the demands of the rapidly growing data center market in Northern Europe.

They are a “young” company but have already proven success with design & build of the biggest data centers in Norway. The Project Manager Electrical is primarily responsible for the oversight, planning and execution of all electrical aspects related to the data center project. This includes power distribution, backup power solutions, cooling systems and energy efficiency measures. He or she will work closely with various internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure that the project is executed on time, on budget and meets the highest industry standards.
Function

Project Oversight

Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities from inception to handover.

Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Technical Management

Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including LV, MV, switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical works meet local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Promote a strong health & safety culture, conducting regular toolbox talks and inspections.

Quality & Documentation

Implement quality control processes and verify work meets contractual requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built records.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for electrical scope with clients, consultants, and site management.

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigations.

Job Requirements
– Degree in Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of experience in managing electrical systems projects, specifically in the data center industry
– Demonstrated experience in overseeing engineering teams and budgets
– Leadership and excellent communication skills
– Fluent in English;
– EU passport or valid Danish work permit
– Willingness to travel and stay to Copenhagen for an extended period
