Function
The Project Manager MEP is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works within construction projects. The role ensures that MEP systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Key responsibilities include leading and managing all MEP aspects of projects from design through to commissioning and handover, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, and overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
– Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in MEP project management.
– Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects (e.g., commercial, industrial, or data centers).
– Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation practices, and commissioning processes.
– Experience working in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
– Solid understanding of project management principles and tools.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
– Effective communication and reporting skills.
– High attention to detail and quality standards.
– PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
– Additional certifications in MEP or commissioning are a plus.
