Function
The Project Manager Senior manages daily operations on site, overseeing the execution and leading project managers responsible for specialized parts of the project. The role involves identifying and developing long-term relationships to grow the business, advising on skills for proposals, ensuring quality project set-up and close-out, and promoting health and safety education. The Project Manager Senior also manages the project construction team, providing feedback and addressing performance issues.
Job Requirements
– Minimum of 12-17 years in construction with a background in CSA or M.E.P.
– 5-8 years of experience leading major projects.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience at contractor side in DC sites.
– Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
– Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
– Proactive and diligent with commercial awareness.
– Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
– Ability to build trust and confidence through communication.
– Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
