Function
The Senior QS Manager is responsible for overseeing all quantity surveying and commercial management activities across projects, with a strong focus on contracts based on FIDIC conditions. This role ensures effective cost control, contract administration, and risk management while safeguarding the company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the quantity surveying team, overseeing cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, administering and managing contracts under FIDIC conditions, and providing strategic commercial advice to project and senior management.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying/commercial management.
– Proven experience working with FIDIC contracts is essential.
– Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control, and construction processes.
– Experience managing large-scale or international projects is preferred.
– Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
