This website is operated by DC Squad B.V., trading as DC People, Boeing Avenue 254, 1119 PZ Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands. By using this website you accept the terms below.

Recruitment, secondment and selection work is governed by the Algemene Voorwaarden of DC Squad B.V. trading as DC People, and not by this page. Where the two differ, the Algemene Voorwaarden prevail for anything to do with an assignment, a placement or a candidate.

We send the current version with every quotation and assignment confirmation, and you can request a copy at any time from info@dc-people.nl.

The site exists to tell you about DC People, to publish information for candidates and employers, and to let you get in touch. Everything on it is offered for general information. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it does not create an agreement between us.

Vacancies are not hosted here. They live on our JobHub, which has its own terms.

When you use the contact form, we assume the information is yours to send and is accurate. Do not submit anyone else's personal data without their knowledge, and do not send anything unlawful, harmful, or covered by someone else's confidentiality obligations.

We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

The text, design, logos, photography and code on this site belong to DC People or to the parties we licence them from, including CTS Group. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing, copying or adapting material for commercial purposes needs our written permission first.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content can go out of date, and access can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, DC People is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on information published here.

Where we link out — to CTS Group, to our JobHub, to LinkedIn — those sites are run by other parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Dutch law applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this website. Such disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
