Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition function locally while remaining actively involved in the delivery of recruitment activities across its business. This role combines team leadership, stakeholder management, and operational recruitment excellence to ensure CTS attracts and hires top talent across all functions, with a particular focus on data centre construction, engineering, and project delivery roles.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, drive recruitment performance, continuously improve recruitment processes and standards, and support the company's ambitious growth in its geographies.
Function
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional growth.
• Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery against hiring objectives.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Personally manage and support recruitment activities for key, complex, and business-critical positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand skillsets across engineering, construction, project management, commissioning, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively propose continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and global talent acquisition standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS and reporting systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
• Participate in global recruitment and talent acquisition projects as required.
• Monitor market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity within the data centre, construction, EPCM, and industrial sectors.
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Proven track record recruiting within the data centre, construction, EPCM, engineering, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical and project delivery roles and associated terminology
• Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, talent intelligence tools, and direct search methodologies.
• Experience using recruitment metrics and data to drive performance and decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on recruitment delivery in a fast-paced growth environment.
